Building the Future of Medicine

A groundbreaking endeavor.

Providing the latest, most advanced research and care means having the facilities and spaces to match. Our plan calls for revitalizing and building critical, new, cutting-edge research space as well as expanding on existing lab spaces.

Our new research space at 1334 York Ave will empower our scientists and physicians to discover and develop solutions to some of our greatest health challenges and ensure a brighter future for generations around the world.

Living and learning spaces to thrive in.

Supporting our student’s physical and emotional well-being is a critical part of the campaign. A new student residence located at the corner of East 74th Street and York Avenue will create a vibrant new hub of student life. The proposed 173,000 square foot building will feature spacious apartments with modern amenities and new learning spaces.
